Delivery policy for photographic print orders:
Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland - 14 days* from the date of order. Photographic print orders are dispatched usually within 14 days, using the An Post package delivery service or by courier. You will be notified of the method of delivery by email once the order is ready to dispatch.
*For the month of December one should allow more time.
For urgent orders a 7 day delivery service is available**
**A 7 day delivery service is available for urgent orders. Orders are sent by courier and are guaranteed to deliver 1/2 days after dispatch of the order.
There is an additional €15.00 charge for this service.
Delivery to an address outside the island of Ireland:
Photographic print orders to addresses outside of the Republic and Northern Ireland are sent using An Post's Registered Post service. These orders are traceable once they have reached the destination country. Please allow an additional 7 working days plus the standard delivery time of 14 days. Total 21 working days. Every effort is made to ensure all international orders are sent as quickly as possible. However international delivery times are subject to flight schedules, local customs formalities and prevailing local conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
What you purchase:
In the case of family portraits and wedding prints, you are purchasing the right to display the print for your own private use and not for editorial or commercial use. If you have purchased digital files, they may be used for social media and print use. You do not have permission to copy, duplicate, re-produce, loan, sell or give to another in exchange for goods or services.
Commercial clients may use purchased digital files for use on social and print media for the promotion of their products & services only.
Returns Policy:
Photographic print and product orders arriving damaged:
If you have ordered a photographic print or product that arrives with damage to the packaging that in turn damages the product inside, please return the order complete with original packaging to us within 7 days of receipt to Dennigan Photography, 15 Beenoskee, Ballyard, Tralee, Co. Kerry, V92 X6KH. Once we have received the damaged order we will send out the replacement order or if required issue a full refund as soon as we receive the item back from you.
Items no longer required- "Cooling off period":
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item has been ordered.
If you have placed an order that you no longer require, please contact us within 7 working days of the day after receipt of the order. We will cancel the order and issue a refund to the card used to make the purchase. We regret that the cooling off period does not apply to orders cancelled after 7 working days and you will be liable for the full cost of the order. This law does not apply to deposits paid to secure wedding or portrait dates. These deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is caused by a government enforced lockdown due to a pandemic emergency.
